Prayer and Bible Verse To Start Your Week Right

Are you excited for this new week?

Happy Monday! It’s a new week and I’m excited to start with a new Bible Verse and prayer. So, let’s give God thanks and honor and focus on Him this week.

Scripture: I will behave myself wisely in a perfect way. O when wilt thou come unto me? I will walk within my house with a perfect heart. Psalm 101:2

This scripture calls us to assess ourselves. Are we behaving ourselves wisely in a perfect way? Are we walking with a perfect heart? The entire passage of Psalm 101 is about uprightness. It describes a lifestyle of uprightness that we could easily refer to and follow the steps listed. This journey to living upright is not something we have to do alone. We can ask the Holy Spirit for help, and He will help us every step of the way.

Prayer: Lord, thank You for coming to help me. I ask that You help me have a heart of integrity and apply Psalm 101 to my life. Show me what it looks like to walk with a heart of integrity and live uprightly. Amen.
